Your use of the medium is very strong Laurie. Very nice though this is not my favorite.

This painting was inspired by my cat, Cleocatra, who offers me endless resources of classic cat poses. I like to this work because of the use of lighting, with the single ray of light escaping from the shade over the window behind her and the colors used.
